For those interested in competing, our player pipeline begins with the Practice Squad. Entry into this group is selective and typically requires a nomination from a current Monolith member. From there, players are evaluated through structured tryouts and ongoing performance. Advancement to the main roster is earned internally based on consistency, results, and fit within the team.

We look for individuals who embody three core qualities: strong community presence, exceptional teamwork, and high-level competitive ability. Beyond competitive play, Monolith continues to grow across operations, media, and support roles.
